30 days

Gratitude is a warm feeling of thankfulness towards the world, or towards specific individuals. The person who feels gratitude is thankful for what they have, and does not constantly seek more.

At the beginning of November I started the “30 day Gratitude Challenge”. At first I thought it would be ‘a picture with a couple words a day’ but it soon morphed into something much more. The topics provided were wide-ranging and each made me stop and think about that word and why and how I am grateful. I took the time to appreciate past memories, special people and experiences. It was very worthwhile experience and especially relevant for this year. There truly is so much for which to be grateful. All posts can be viewed on the Gratitude Challenge 2020 page. I hope you enjoy reading it as much I did meeting the challenge and that it helps you think about ways you can be grateful.
