We were delighted to learn that our household belongings made it from the East across the country to the West in record time and arrived on our doorstep today. The crew was efficient and had all the boxes unloaded by 2:30 pm. Then the real work began. We tackled the kitchen first and made some headway. We stopped to enjoy a dinner of pizza and wine on the deck, lounging in our new patio set with Nicky and Derek. We were delighted at how comfortable it was. We enjoyed a great evening on the deck watching the water, the mountains and the scenery. Then we enjoyed the show of sunset over the mountain. It was a magical evening. Thanks to Nicky and Derek for sharing this with us. We still are amazed that we can experience such a special place and we look forward to settling in as quickly as possible.
